- Before returning the product for repair, please clean the parts in need of repair. Please ensure that the parts for repair are explosion-proof, and are not toxic or harmful.
- Please remember to back up your data before handing in the parts for repair. Blue Line can not be held accountable for data loss.
You need a return number to send a product for service/repair
Please fill out the form below. Once completed, we will establish a return material authorisation (RMA) within a few working hours. Following this, you will receive a return number consisting of 5 digits.
This number MUST be written on the package note.
We will inform you if the product is out of warranty.
